Email our fit specialists with your order number and a photo of your concern to initiate the return or adjustment process.

Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Securely pack the mouthguard in its original case and include your RMA details to ensure fast processing at our dental lab.
